Chocolate Fudge
INGREDIENTS
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut butter
1 tablespoon almond butter
3 tablespoon raw honey
2 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, process all ingredients
until smooth.
Transfer mixture into a pan or container lined
with parchment paper.
Smoothen with a spatula.
Cover and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer and cut into squares.
