Though squeezed by supermarkets and high street
homogeny, new initiatives are helping revitalise food stalls across the UK
Foodie Fridays, morris dancers, teenage markets,
stalls for just £5 for a day – over the next fortnight markets around the
country will be hosting all sorts of events as part of a celebration helping to
bring our markets into the 21st century.
